DeepSeek Harness WSL plugin: call TypeSafe Jev (System One) for structured decisions — noul / choice / score. No prose generation.

Self-contained. Does not depend on third-party Jev dsh/MCP plugins. Speaks OpenRouter or TypeSafe HTTP directly.
