Electric-motor cost & duration estimate (suite stage P5): combines historical supplier quotes and service rates into onsite-repair, factory-overhaul, green-remanufacture and replacement options, then recommends one by total cost of ownership.
插件定位
先检索系统内长期供应商历史报价(supplier_quotes)组合配件与服务，生成 现场抢修/返厂大修/绿色再制造/整机更换 多套方案；再合并系统外优质报价做比对表，按 TCO(总价+停产损失) 给出决策建议。
能力来源

- 插件市场：仓库收录进 awesome-dsh-plugin 目录后，在 DSH 设置→插件市场 搜索
motor-cost-quote（或motor-）即可一键安装；dsh-market 会自动解析到本仓库plugins/motor-cost-quote/子包。 - 安装即热挂载；若提示有 agent 正在运行，请在空闲会话安装或重启一次 DSH。详细说明见仓库
